Terms of Service

1. The purchase you are making

These terms apply to paid product listings and bid increases on ox.lol, including its global and China boards. Your contract is with Ox.lol (OX, we), the operator of ox.lol. You must be an adult able to enter a contract, and authorized to represent the submitted product and any business paying for it. A listing is paid promotional placement, not a quality rating or OX endorsement. Review the product, target bid and amount due before accepting these terms.

2. Bid totals, timing and rank

Bids are whole US dollars. The checkout shows the new cumulative bid, the amount already credited and the difference payable now. The all-time board uses cumulative verified spend; Today uses the current UTC calendar day, not a rolling 24-hour period. Regional boards are separate. The Rules explain minimum bids and tie-breaking. A checkout or preview does not reserve a rank. Payment verification and the board state at fulfillment determine placement; other buyers may change that state before or after your payment. We do not promise a particular position, duration, number of visits, leads, sales or return on advertising spend.

3. Payment, delivery and payment problems

Payments are one-time checkouts handled by Dodo Payments. Check the provider's final amount, currency and any taxes before paying. You request that OX begin the listing or bid-increase service after successful payment verification. Failed or cancelled payments do not increase rank. Contact us with your order reference about duplicate charges, delivery failures or refund requests; do not send card numbers. Being outbid or receiving fewer visits than expected does not, by itself, mean the purchased service failed. Any refund or reversed payment reduces the credited bid and may change placement. Nothing here waives mandatory refund, withdrawal, dispute or other consumer rights.

4. Product information and promotional permission

Provide accurate descriptions, links and images, and obtain the rights needed to submit them. You authorize OX to retrieve public product metadata and to host, cache, resize and display the submitted materials to deliver and promote your listing. This includes product pages, leaderboards, and OX game placements such as vehicle liveries and billboards. Game appearances may vary with rank and selection; a payment does not purchase a guaranteed game appearance. You retain ownership of your materials. Ask us to correct or remove a listing if you no longer have permission to use its materials. Third-party destinations remain responsible for their own products and practices.

5. Responsible use and moderation

Do not submit unauthorized or misleading listings, phishing or malware, scams, unlawful offers, or material that infringes others' rights. Do not manipulate visits or payment confirmations, evade technical controls or disrupt the service. OX may review, restrict or remove material to address violations, rights complaints or security risks. Tell us the listing URL and evidence if you dispute a moderation decision or report infringement. We will assess payment-related requests on their facts and under applicable law; removal does not override mandatory rights.

6. Service operation and records

OX depends on hosting, payment and other technical providers. Interruptions and errors can occur; report missing fulfillment so we can investigate. We keep the product and order information needed for delivery, payment reconciliation and support, together with the accepted terms version and server-recorded acceptance time. Payment-card entry is handled by the payment provider. We do not guarantee continuous availability or third-party content accuracy. Any exclusion or limitation of responsibility applies only where permitted by applicable law and does not exclude fraud, deliberate misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Updates, applicable rights and contact

The version accepted for an order governs that purchase. Future material changes will carry a new version and require acceptance at a later checkout; they do not retrospectively remove rights for an earlier purchase. The checkout details, these terms and the published Rules describe your purchase. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful. Applicable mandatory law governs any rights or dispute procedures that cannot be varied by agreement. For order help, listing corrections or rights notices, email hi@ox.lol.
